Use a tea
ball, tea filter or tea pot with a tea strainer.
Freshly drawn water should be used and brought to the boil and cooled to
75°c - 80°c.
Use 4-5 level tsp/ltr and let the leaves infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into your favourite tea cup and enjoy!
