CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order or return your items up to 7 working days following receipt of your goods. You will receive a full refund including the original postage, return postage is at the cost of the buyer. If you are not happy with your item and wish to return an item to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date, the item must be in a condition suitable for resell and in its original unopened packaging. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to offer a replacement item where appropriate, of similar or equal value.
If it’s your first purchase from us, we’ll charge your card immediately. For recurring payments, the cards get charged on around the 8th of each month. This gives us plenty of time to contact you should we have problems with your payment card. Payments will appear as Jacqueline's Tea Room Ltd.
If you pay your Monthly Tea Club having selected to pay for 3, 6 or 12 months this will auto renew and the original card will be charged at the end of the period unless you request for the membership to be cancelled.
To cancel your membership please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you subscribe through PayPal please amend your 'Pre-approved Payment' settings.
